By using the Mulb app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the app.

Mulb is an introduction and contact platform connecting families in Qatar with licensed manpower offices. Mulb is not a recruitment office and is not a party to any employment contract; it neither employs nor sponsors the workers listed. The final contract, and the obligations arising from it, remain directly between you and the licensed office.

No payment is processed inside the app, and Mulb charges families nothing. The amounts shown on worker profiles are indicative monthly salaries published by the office and may differ from the final figure agreed in the contract. Any payment is made directly between you and the office, off the platform.

Each office is solely responsible for the correctness, accuracy and currency of its workers’ details — nationality, experience, languages, salary and availability — and for complying with Qatar’s labour and recruitment regulations. The platform reviews and verifies applications from offices, but that does not make Mulb a guarantor of any detail an office enters.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the app only for its intended purpose. Sending fake or abusive requests, impersonating others, attempting to access other users’ data, or using the platform to harvest office or worker data for commercial purposes outside it, are all prohibited.

You may rate an office once your dealing with it is complete. A rating must reflect a genuine experience, and the platform may hide any rating that is abusive, misleading, or unrelated to the service.

The platform may suspend or disable any account — a family’s or an office’s — that breaches these terms or applicable regulations, or misuses the service.

Mulb makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available and to verify the offices listed, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the app, and is not responsible for any dispute or loss arising from the contract between you and the office, or from a worker’s performance.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date of the latest update appears at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of the State of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
