Before you ask
The questions we are asked most, answered plainly.
Is Mulb a recruitment office?
No. Mulb is an introduction and contact platform that brings licensed offices together in one place. We neither employ nor sponsor the workers listed, and the contract and everything arising from it stays directly between you and the licensed office.
What does the app cost me?
Nothing. The app is free for families and no payment is processed inside it. Any money that changes hands does so directly between you and the office, off the platform.
How do you verify an office?
Before an office appears we check its licence number, its commercial registration and the registration’s expiry. An office that is not approved is never shown to families, and a suspended one disappears from search.
Is the salary shown on a profile final?
No. The figure shown is an indicative monthly salary published by the office and may differ from the amount finally agreed in the contract. Treat it as a starting point, not a binding number.
Can I interview someone before committing?
Yes. You can book an interview from inside the app before sending a hiring request, and the office can accept your time or propose another. The state of the booking reaches you on your phone.

Apply to join and we will contact you to verify the licence and the commercial registration. Once approved you get a panel, in both languages, from which you run your roster and your requests.
