About Mulb
Mulb is a Qatari platform connecting families with licensed recruitment offices, turning the search for domestic help into something clear and on the record instead of a chain of phone calls and forwarded messages.
Why we started
A family had to ring office after office to ask what was available, with no clear picture of experience, language or salary before committing. Offices, meanwhile, were running their requests through scattered messages. We built Mulb so both sides have one organised place.
What we verify
Before an office appears we check its licence number and the expiry of its commercial registration. An office that is not approved is never shown to families, and a suspended one disappears from search.
Where our role ends
Mulb is a discovery and contact platform. The contract, the fees and the legal process are between the family and the licensed office, and no money changes hands inside the app. We present the information and keep the record of the request; we are not a party to the contract.
